Once the order is received, we will confirm it by email with instructions of the pictures to be send for the making of personalized puzzles.
It is important to know that for this puzzle size, the image has to have this minimal dimensions of 4270 x 3038 pixels.
Image has to be in jpg format, and the file size less than 10 Megabytes.
If you are using a digital camera, we recomend setting it up to High Resolution. And when using a scanner, we recomend Medium Resolution.
